ESP® is a freqency- and power-dependent control system. Like in a car, where the Electronic Stabilization Programme permanently controls the balance and ensures a reliable performance of the car even in extreme situations, ELAC´s ESP® subwoofers act in a similar way. Their electronic components ensure that even under maximum power no background noises can be detected. Contrary to conventional active subwoofers, it is now practically impossible to overdrive ELAC ESP® subwoofers.
